Meta was born in August 1898 in Collinsville, Madison Co, Illinois.1   Meta's father was Henry Ambrosius.  Her paternal grandparents were Nicolas Ambrosius and Anna Elizabeth Brede. She had two sisters named Ellen? and Nellie\Millie.  She was the youngest of the three children.  Meta is no longer alive.1
