Frances was born before 1696.1 Frances' father was Benjamin Allen and her mother was Frances Rice. Her paternal grandparents were John Allen and Sarah; her maternal grandparents were Thomas Rice and Mary Unknown. She had a brother and a sister, named Thomas and Grace. She was the second oldest of the three children.1 -
