Elizabeth Adkins 
Elizabeth was born on April 5th, 1717 in Middletown,Middlesex,Connecticut.1 Elizabeth's father was Benjamin Adkins and her mother was Elizabeth Barns. Her paternal grandparents were Josiah Adkins and Elizabeth Wetmore. She had four brothers and four sisters, named Benjamin, Daniel, Joel, David, Rachel, Ruth, Jemima and Elisha. She was the oldest of the nine children.1 -
