Osceola Charles was born on September 29th, 1905 in San Pedro, California.1 Osceola Charles' father was Osceola Charles Abbott and his mother was Emily Cecilia Ross. His paternal grandparents were Osceola Charles Abbott and Emma Elizabeth Carnahan; his maternal grandparents were Joaquin Ross and Maria Sylvia. He had a brother named Raymond Ross. He was the older of the two children. He died at the age of 73 on September 19th, 1979 in San Pedro, California. Elected State President of Alpha Pi Beta Fraternity, DeMolay, F&AM.
He was a charter member and first president of the San Pedro chapter of Alpha Pi Beta fraternity, which is composed of past members of the Order of De Molay. 1926
On June 7, 1932, Occidental Underwriters issued a an appointment as an insurance agent. Oce was in the insurance business until his death in San Pedro.
