Shelby County Tennessee records disclose that on July 27, 1853, a petition
was made for the division of certain lots situated in the Town of Raleigh.
Further reference to the petition is made on page 64 of the Minute Books
and lists, Julia Taylor, and James Henderson, her husband, citizens of the
State of Arkansas...
Records of Union Co, AR list the marriage to a Mr Hengus Norsworthy on 24
Jan 1850 by consent of her only remaining parent, performed by Jessie
Hartwell, DD. There is a second Marrriage listed for Hengus Norsworthy on
5 May 1864
