BLAND. - That Elizabeth, daughter of Richard Bland, of Jordan's, married
Wililam Beverley, is, I t hink, too well attested by the contemporary evidence
of the Bland pedigrees in the "Bland Papers", and "Familae Minorum Gentium",
Vol. II, to be affected by the mere style of a letter. See p. 233, note 2.
