Richard lll was born on March 31st, 1757 in Curles, Henrico Co., VA. Richard lll's father was Richard Randolph and his mother was Ann Meade. His paternal grandparents were Richard Randolph and Jane Bolling; his maternal grandparents were David Meade and Susanna Everard. He had three brothers and four sisters, named David Meade, Brett, Ryland, Elizabeth, Sarah, Mary and Ann. He died at the age of 41 on March 18th, 1799 in Williamsburg, Henrico Co, VA. 4› Richard Randolph [RA.5.1.1] (31 Mar. 1757 - 18 Mar. 1799 ) of “Curles,” a cavalryman during the Revolution, married Maria Beverley 1 December 1785. He was head of a household of one white and 22 blacks in Cumberland County in 1782.
