John Pollock 
John was born in 1859. John's father was William James Pollock and his mother was Elizabeth Ann Boyd. His paternal grandparents were John (Fiddler) Pollock and Martha Ross; his maternal grandparents were Nathaniel Boyd and Sarah Boyd. He had three brothers and seven sisters, named William James Jr, Henry Albert, George Osborne, Sarah, Martha Jane, Mary, Elizabeth Ann, Margaret Amelia, Hanna and Maria Ellen. He was the fourth oldest of the eleven children. He died in .-
