William Jackson's father was William Jackson Pinnegar and his mother was Nancy Elizabeth Ingram. His paternal grandparents were Abner Pinnegar and Sallie Terry; his maternal grandparents were Eli Ingram and Nancy Bannister. He had five brothers and three sisters, named Benjamin Franklin, Van Pinnegar, William Terry, Eli Van Cleve, Nay Dyer, Fredona Florence, Merilla and Mary Drucilla. He was buried in Pinnegar Cemetery, Trigg Co., KY.1 -
