Henry was born on April 7th, 1590 in All Hallows the Less Parish, London England. Henry's father was Henry Peyton. His paternal grandfather was Henry Peyton. He had four brothers and seven sisters, and also a sibling of unknown gender, named Richard, Walter, Thomas, Henry, Mirable, Martha, Mary, Elizabeth, Margaret, Hester, Anne and Jone. Henry Peyton of Lincoln's Inn(Henry) was born in 1590 in All Hallows the Less, London, England. He was christened on 7 Apr 1590 at All Hallows the Less, London, England. The will of Henry Peyton was dated on 10 Dec 1655, it was probated on 6 May 1656.
According to the rules of Heraldry, he would have been the third son , when he was awarded the right to use Peyton Arms"With a difference". The Peyton Society of Virginia described Henry Peyton as a likely decendant of the Bury Saint Edmunds' branch of PEYTONS that originated in Cambridge and Suffolk and moved westward with the wool trade of East Anglia
