Charles was born in 1684 in Overwharton Parish, Stafford,VA.1 Charles' father was Philip Peyton and his mother was Mary Rush. His paternal grandparents were Phillip Peyton and Elizabeth Gibbes; his maternal grandparents were William Rush and Anne. He had two brothers and two sisters, named Philip, Valentine, Mary Ann and Susannah. He was the third oldest of the five children. He died in Overwharten Parish, Stafford, Virginia, USA.1 -
