Robert was born in 1867. Robert's father was George Washington Sr. Orr and her mother was Elizabeth Bridges Stout. Her paternal grandparents were James Jr ORR and Gincy Jane Young. She had a brother and three sisters, named George Washington Jr, Mary H, Eliza Ella and Jennie E.. She was the second youngest of the five children. She had two half-brothers named Berry E and James B.-
