Frank L Orr 
Frank L was born in 1875 in MS.1 Frank L's father was Valentine B Orr and his mother was Mary Jackson Mauldin. His paternal grandparents were Samuel P Orr and Eliza T Barry; his maternal grandparents were Absalum Mauldin and Cynthia Caroline Seale. He had three brothers and four sisters, named William H, Valentine B, Robert, Martha E, Dora, Rose and Maud B. He was the second youngest of the eight children.General Notes
1910 census lives with Brother-in-Law Claude Hutson in Ganado, Jackson Co. Texas, occupation is printer for local weekly newspaper. Per Jerry Daniel, Frank Orr never married.
