William Henry Neel 
William Henry was born in 1806 in Smith, TX, USA.1 William Henry's father was John L Neel and his mother was Eudora Curl. His maternal grandparents were Henry H. CURL and Charlotte Randolph Cooper. He had a brother and two sisters, named William Henry, Ella Melissa and Emma. He was the oldest of the four children. He died at the age of 100 in 1906 in Van Zandt, TX, USA.1 -
