Dillard Franklin was born in 1905.1 Dillard Franklin's father was J W Gentry and his mother was Minnie F Heater. His maternal grandparents were John Heater and Nannie Frances. He had four brothers named Clarence, Glenn, Luther K and Jessee. He was the oldest of the five children. He died at the age of 47 on April 9th, 1952 in Livingston, KY.
