William Fulks 
William was born in 1858 in KY.1 William's father was John Fulks and her mother was Docia Barnett. Her paternal grandparents were Henry Andrew Jackson Fulks and Mary Pollyanna Newby. She had eight brothers and five sisters, named Henry M, Bethaloma, Frank, Leonard, Allen Nathanel, Aaron, Lorenzo Joseph, Joseph Seir, Martha Polly, Mary M, Marina Lee, Caroline Elzada and Leamie. She was the fourth oldest of the fourteen children. She had a half-brother named Joseph Seir.-
