Thomas was born in 1807 in Barren, Kentucky, USA.1 Thomas' father was Zachariah Dennison and his mother was Millie Phillips. His paternal grandparents were Benjamin Dennison and Drucilla. He had two brothers and a sister, named Luther, Edward and Permilia. He was the oldest of the four children. He died at the age of 69 on May 21st, 1876 in Hart, Kentucky, USA.1 General Notes
