Ruth Dennison 
Ruth was born in 1814 in Tennessee, USA.1 Ruth's father was Isaac Dennison and her mother was Nancy Ashworth. Her paternal grandparents were Benjamin Dennison and Drucilla. She had two brothers and two sisters, named William H, Joseph, Narcissa and Diana F. She was the second oldest of the five children. She had two half-brothers named David and Francis Marion. She died at the age of 36 in 1850.1
