Charles W was born in 1858.1 Charles W's father was Henry Clay(Josh) Dennison and his mother was Eliza Ann Weedman. His paternal grandparents were Tramel Denison and Frances Carter. He had six brothers and five sisters, named John Washington, Jonathan, Simon, Henry Josh, Joseph, Trammel, Mary, Theresa A, Fanny E, Nancy Josephine and Palestine. He was the fourth oldest of the twelve children.-
