Martha "Patsy"'s father was George Washington and her mother was Martha Dandridge. Her paternal grandparents were Augustine Washington and Mary Ball; her maternal grandfather was John Dandridge. She had a brother named John "Jack" Parke. She had two half-brothers and a half-sister, named George Washington Parke, John "Jack" Parke and Martha "Patsy".-
