Jane was born in 1853 in MO.1 Jane's father was Webster Cooper and her mother was Cynthia. Her paternal grandparents were David Lee Cooper and Elizabeth Orr. She had a brother and two sisters, named Levi, Mahala and Zoe. She was the second oldest of the four children.-
