Philipp Edler von Sommerau

Philipp Edler was born in 1679. Philipp Edler's father was Wilhelm von Hessen-Rheinfels-Rothenburg and his mother was N. von Fechenbach. His paternal grandparents were Ernst von Hessen-Rheinfels-Rothenburg and Maria Eleonor von Solms-Lich. He had a half-brother and seven half-sisters, named Ernst Leopold, Eleonore, Eleonore, Elisabeth, Sofie, Maria Amalie, Johanette Nonne and Ernestine. He died at the age of 79 in 1758.
