Floris "De Zwarte" was born about 1115 in Of 'S-Gravenhage, Z-Holl., Neth..1 Floris "De Zwarte"'s father was Floris II " The Fat " Count von Holland and his mother was Petronille Prinzessin von Oberlothringen. His paternal grandparents were Dirk V Count von Holland and Othelhildis; his maternal grandparents were Dietricht I Duke von Ober-Lothringen and Hedwig Von Formbach. He had two brothers and a sister, named Dirk VI Count, Simon Count and Hadewig Countess. He was the second oldest of the four children. He died on October 26th, 1132.1 -
