Augusta von Hessen-Kassel 
Augusta was born in 1797. Augusta's father was Friedrich Landgraf von Hessen-Kassel and her mother was Karoline von Nassau-Usingen. Her paternal grandparents were Friedrich II von Hessen-Kassel and Mary von Great Britain. She had five brothers and two sisters, named William Landgraf, Karl, Friedrich, Ludwig, Georg, Luise and Marie. She was the second youngest of the eight children. She died at the age of 92 in 1889.-
