Leopold III Koenig was born on November 3rd, 1901 in Brussels, Belgium. Leopold III Koenig's father was Albert I Koenig von Belgien and his mother was Elisabeth von Bayern. His paternal grandparents were Philip Count von Flandern and Marie Hohenzollern; his maternal grandparents were Karl Theodor "Gackl" and Maria Josepha von Portugal. He had a brother and a sister, named Charles Regent and Marie. He was the oldest of the three children. He died at the age of 81 on September 25th, 1983 in Near Brussels, Belgium.-
