Josef Bischof von Augsburg 
Josef Bischof was born in 1699. Josef Bischof's father was Philipp von Hessen-Darmstadt and his mother was Marie Therese von Croy. His paternal grandparents were Ludwig Vl von Hessen-Darmstadt and Elisabeth Dorothea von Sachsen-Gotha. He had three brothers and a sister, named Wilhelm Ludwig, Leopold, Karl and Theodora. He was the oldest of the five children. He died at the age of 69 in 1768.
