Odo was born about 0910.1 Odo's father was Herbert II Count von Vermandois and his mother was Liegarde. His paternal grandfather was Herbert I Count von Vermandois; his maternal grandparents were Robert I Koenig von Frankreich and Beatrice von Vermandois. He had four brothers and two sisters, named Albert I Count, Robert, Hugh, Herbert The Elder, Adele and Luitgarda. He had five half-brothers and two half-sisters, named Vermandois Count, Eudes Count, Robert Count von Vermandois &, Hugh Archbishop, Herbert Count, Ledgarde Duchess and Robert Count. He died about 0944.1 -
