Waugh

Waugh was born on January 25th, 1883 in Arbuckle, Mason, WV.¹   Waugh's father was William A Waugh and her mother was Sarah Margaret. She had two brothers and four sisters, named Waugh, Joseph, Amanda E., Waugh, Julia Ann and Sarah.  She was the third oldest of the seven children.¹
