Philip Turner 
Philip was born on September 9th, 1762 in Worcester Co., MD.1 Philip's father was Zadock Turner and his mother was Sabra Hicks. His paternal grandparents were Elisha Turner and Mary Carroll. He had three brothers and a sister, named Henry, Zadock, Joshua and Mary. He was the second youngest of the five children. He had two half-brothers and three half-sisters, named Thomas, Hezekiah, Elizabeth, Sabra Mary and Esther.1 -
