Daniel Turner 
Daniel was born about 1731 in near Snow Hill, Worcester Co., MD.1 Daniel's father was Elisha Turner and his mother was Mary Carroll. His paternal grandparents were Elisha Turner and Elizabeth Hicks; his maternal grandparents were Thomas Carroll and Rebecca Walton. He had seven brothers and two sisters, named Thomas, Ebenezer, John, Zadock, William, Levin, Henry, Elizabeth and Henrietta.1
