James Ursel Rector 
James Ursel was born on December 11th, 1899.1 James Ursel's father was Kansas William Rector and his mother was Martha Caroline Bingham. His paternal grandparents were Joseph William Rector and Ann Etta Cooper. He had four brothers and four sisters, named Samuel Bingham, Joseph Lee, Rufus Simpson, William Earl, Margaret Ellen, Ether Jane, Ursula Etta and Nobia.1 -
