James McCulley

James was born on August 10th, 1787 in Blount, Tennessee.¹   James' father was Solomon McCulley. He had four brothers and four sisters, named William, John, David M., Hugh, Elizabeth, Ann, Mary and Jane.  He was the oldest of the nine children.  He died at the age of 70 on March 11th, 1858 in Winfield, Henry, Iowa.¹
