Edna Opal was born on October 11th, 1908 in White Flat, OK.1 Edna Opal's father was John Monroe Lassiter and her mother was Emma Ernestine Hopkins. Her paternal grandparents were Francis Asbury Lassiter and Martha Huey; her maternal grandparents were George Thomas Hopkins and Elvira Elizabeth Lusk. She had five brothers and five sisters, named Thomas Asbury, Claude Monroe, William Hillard, Grady, John Howard, Eva Lee, Ola Bertha, Zora Almira, Gracie and Lillian Winnford. She died at the age of 7 in March 1916 in White Flat, OK.1 -
