Matthew Henderson 
Matthew was born on January 4th, 1807 in Pennsylvania.1 Matthew's father was Andrew Henderson and his mother was Martha McConnell. His paternal grandfather was Alexander Henderson; his maternal grandparents were Alexander McConnell and Martha Wilson. He had six brothers and four sisters, named Alexander, Andrew, James, William, Samuel, John, Elizabeth, Martha, Mary and Margaret. He was the sixth oldest of the eleven children. He died at the age of 56 on September 25th, 1863.1 -
