Elbert De Toeni 
Elbert was born about 1025 in Of, Tosni, , France.1 Elbert's father was Roger "The Spainiard" De Toeni (Conches) and his mother was Godeheut (Godehilde) Borrell. His paternal grandparents were Ralph II (Rodulf) Seigneur De Toeni and Mrs-Ralph (Rodulf) De Toeni. He had eight brothers and a sister, named Elinant, Ralph De, Robert, Helbert (Elbert), Gazon, Eliant (Eliance), Robert, Mr. and Alice (Adelise). He was the oldest of the ten children.1
