Livingston was born on July 10th, 1852 in Wayne Co., KY.1 Livingston's father was William Armstrong Cooper and his mother was Sarah Cooper. His paternal grandparents were Henry Cooper and Patience Back; his maternal grandparents were Daniel Cooper and Nancy Mary Back. He had four brothers and three sisters, named Henry Lewis, Lyttleton, Millard, Thompson Lewis, Leusetta Ann, Elizabeth Evelyn and Cansada. He died at the age of 79 on July 31st, 1931 in Lincoln Co., KY.1 -
