William Isom Brown 
William Isom was born on May 6th, 1848 in Elbert County, Georgia, USA.1 William Isom's father was James Early Brown and his mother was Nancy E. McCurry. His paternal grandparents were John Brown and Mary (Polly) Strathman; his maternal grandparents were John G. McCurry and Sarah McCurry. He had five brothers and three sisters, named Russell D., John Andrew, James Early, Luther M., Thomas Vandiver, Mary H., Sarah C. and Frances (Fannie) M.. He was the fourth oldest of the nine children. He died at the age of 81 on December 20th, 1929 in Hart County, Georgia, USA.1 -
