Quintella was born on July 3rd, 1857.1 Quintella's father was Jonas Austin and her mother was Louisa J. Cooper. Her maternal grandparents were Henry Cooper and Patience Back. She had two brothers named Emerson C. and William R.. She was the youngest of the three children.1 -
