Marie Kirstine Aarup 
Marie Kirstine was born in 1823.1 Marie Kirstine's father was Soeren Christensen Aarup and her mother was Mette Elisabeth Hansdatter. Her paternal grandparents were Christian Pedersen and Petrine Soerensen. She had two brothers and a sister, named Hans Christian, Jens Wilhelm and Inger Catherine. She was the second youngest of the four children.1
