Thomas was born on February 16th, 1672 in Providence, Rhode Island. Thomas' father was Joseph Williams and his mother was Lydia Olney. His paternal grandparents were Roger Williams and Mary Barnard; his maternal grandparents were Thomas Olney and Mary Ashton. He was an only child. He died at the age of 84 on February 3rd, 1757 in Newbury, Essex County, Massachusetts.General Notes
