Maud was born about 1335 in Warkworth Castle, Alnwick, Northumberland, England.  Maud's father was Henry De Percy and her mother was Idonea De Clifford.  Her paternal grandparents were Henry Percy and Eleanor Fitzalan; her maternal grandparents were Robert De Clifford and Maud De Clare. She had a sister named Isabel.  She was the younger of the two children.  She died on February 18th, 1379.  She was buried in Cathedral Church, Durham, Durhamshire, England.


Maud's family with John De Neville

‌Maud and John were married in a religious ceremony in July 1357 in Alnwick, Northumberland, England.  They had two sons and a daughter, named Thomas, Ralph and Eleanor De.
