Vera June Chatfield 
Vera June was born on June 9th, 1924 in Goodland, Sherman, Kansas. Vera June's father was Eddie Daniel Chatfield and her mother was Myrtle Ruby Drake. Her paternal grandparents were Lowell Alfred Chatfield and Lydia Long. She had four brothers named Lowell Arthur, Edward Fred, Oliver Dale and Eddie Dean. She is the second youngest of the five children.-
