Olive Alene was born on July 7th, 1893 in Washburn, Marshall County, Illinois. Olive Alene's father was Newton Romeyn Adams and her mother is Blanche May Arnold. Her paternal grandparents were Daniel Sewell Adams and Martha Britann Welch. She had a brother and two sisters, named Gordon Kenneth, Ethel Lillian and Mary Marjorie. She was the oldest of the four children. She had a half-brother and three half-sisters, named Romeyn Elbert, Dorothy Lorena Grace, Catherine Virginia and Cara Lueltha. She died in San Juan Capistrano, Orange County, California.-
