William Frederick Diamond 
William Frederick was born on February 20th, 1797 in Fredericksburgh Township, Ontario and his baptism took place on February 20th, 1797 in Fredericksburgh Township, Lennox & Addington Co., Ontario. William Frederick's father was John Diamond and his mother was Christiana Loyst. His paternal grandfather is Johannes Diamond and his paternal grandmother was Maretje Schott; his maternal grandparents are Johann Cheban Loyst and Annoka Magdalena Lydecker. He had six brothers and seven sisters, named Jacob, John, Abraham, Baltus, Andrew, Henry, Jane "Jinny", Margaret, Catherine, Mary, Sarah, Clara and Anne. He was the sixth oldest of the fourteen children. He died at the age of 87 on January 28th, 1885 in Belleville, Hastings County, Ontario. He was buried in Belleville Cemetery, Hastings Co., Ontario.General Notes
