Ida Hasseltine Seay 
Ida Hasseltine was born on March 6th, 1878 in Upper Hightower, Towns, Georgia.1 Ida Hasseltine's father was William Osborn Seay and her mother was Mellvina C. (on 1880 Census). Her paternal grandparents were Dempsey Seay and Caroline Ayers; her maternal grandparents were Charles Brown Rogers and Martha. She had four brothers and six sisters, named Ezekial, George, Grover, Charles, Lillie Arvaline, Dorah, Ellie, Orah O., Grace and Lessie. She was the sixth oldest of the eleven children. She died at the age of 87 on July 21st, 1965 in West Palm Beach, Palm Beach County, Florida. She was buried in Port Mayaca Cemetary, Martin county, Florida.1 General Notes
Ida lived with her son, Earl York in Belle Glade, FL after she divorced James Joseph York. Until she broke her hip.
She died in a nursing home in West Palm Beach where she had been for several years prior to her death.
Always dressed nicely. A classy lady.
