Francis Lewis was born in NC or VA or SC. Francis Lewis' father was Andrew Johnson Floyd. His paternal grandparents were Nathaniel Floyd and Mary LNU. He was an only child. He died on October 22nd, 1804 in Horry Co, SC.
Francis Lewis and Isabella Warburton were married in a religious ceremony on December 25th, 1780 in Georgetown District, SC. They had three sons and a daughter, named Theophilus, Johnson Hugh, Francis and Sarah Jane.
