William Evans

William was born about 1781 in SC.  William's father was Robert Evans and his mother was Sarah Hetty May.  His paternal grandfather was Evan Evans; his maternal grandparents were John May and Mary Stafford. He had three brothers and four sisters, named Joseph, Jabez, Solomon Sol, Ruth, Margaret, Mary and Sarah.
