Bertha of was born in 0952. Bertha of's father was Rudolf III de Bourgogne. She was an only child. She died at the age of 83 in 1035.General Notes

‌Bertha of and Robert were married in a religious ceremony in 0996. Their marriage was annulled before 1001.
Family Notes
Because she was his cousin, Pope Gergory V would not sanction the marriage and Robert was excommunicated. However, after long negotiations with the new Pope Silvester II the marriage was annulled.
