Fredrick Wiley 
Fredrick was born in 1866 in Albany,Athens,OH.1 Fredrick's father was Jackson Wiley and his mother was Jemima Cassels. His paternal grandfather is *Wiley; his maternal grandparents were Thomas James Cassels and Frances Woodson. He had three brothers and five sisters, named Robert, Franklin, Emmit, Heattie, Halley Magnolia, Cara, Geneva Beatrice and Kitty. He was the second oldest of the nine children. He died at the age of 86 in 1952.-
