King of Provence, Holy Roman Emperor Louis of Provence (The Blind) III 
Louis of Provence, known as The Blind, was born about 0883 in Provence.1 The Blind's father was Count of Vienne, Duke de Provence, King of Bourgogne Boso II and his mother was Irmengarde. His paternal grandparents are Count d'Autun et Metz Bliven and Richilde; his maternal grandparents were King of Italy, Holy Roman Emperor Louis (Le Jeune) II and Empress Engelberga. He had four sisters named Willa, Ermengard, Ermengard and Kunigund.General Notes
